How to Apply for OTSE 2023?
- Login: Visit the official website and log in to your account.
- Open OTSE Application Form: Access the OTSE application form.
- Choose Preferred Exam Center: Select your preferred examination center.
- Add Applicants: Add the details of the applicants.
- Make Payment: Complete the payment process.
- Download Admit Card: Once the application is submitted, download the admit card.
Instructions for OTSE 2023
- The filled-in application form should reach the General Secretary, OSSTA, Nayasarak, Cuttack-2 on or before 25th November 2023, through online submission.
- Upload one passport-size photograph duly attested by the Headmaster of the concerned school in the provided field in the application form.
- The examination center will be assigned by OSSTA in each Education District, and the Headmaster needs to choose one from the center list.
- Dist. Secretary of OSSTA will cooperate with the center Superintendent for the smooth conduct of the examination, ensuring transparency, accuracy, fairness, and trust.
- The Dist. Secretary will hand over the Question Packet / OMR Packet and relevant papers to the Center Superintendent two hours before the exam.
- Observers appointed by OSSTA will be present in the center one hour before the examination and will leave after the examination procedure is over.
