OSSTA Talent Search Examination (OTSE) 2023, conducted by the Odisha Secondary School Teachers Association, is a platform designed to recognize and nurture talent among Class – IX students. Students who secured 60% or more marks in the annual exam in Class VIII in the previous year (for state-funded schools only) are eligible to apply. The last date for submission of the application form is 25th November 2023.

How to Apply for OTSE 2023?

1. Login: Visit the official website and log in to your account.
2. Open OTSE Application Form: Access the OTSE application form.
3. Choose Preferred Exam Center: Select your preferred examination center.
4. Add Applicants: Add the details of the applicants.
5. Make Payment: Complete the payment process.
6. Download Admit Card: Once the application is submitted, download the admit card.

Instructions for OTSE 2023

1. The filled-in application form should reach the General Secretary, OSSTA, Nayasarak, Cuttack-2 on or before 25th November 2023, through online submission.
2. Upload one passport-size photograph duly attested by the Headmaster of the concerned school in the provided field in the application form.
3. The examination center will be assigned by OSSTA in each Education District, and the Headmaster needs to choose one from the center list.
4. Dist. Secretary of OSSTA will cooperate with the center Superintendent for the smooth conduct of the examination, ensuring transparency, accuracy, fairness, and trust.
5. The Dist. Secretary will hand over the Question Packet / OMR Packet and relevant papers to the Center Superintendent two hours before the exam.
6. Observers appointed by OSSTA will be present in the center one hour before the examination and will leave after the examination procedure is over.

Students reading in class – IX in the current year securing 60% or more marks in the Annual Exam in class VIII in the previous year are eligible to apply. This eligibility criterion is applicable for state-funded schools only.
