Eligibility Criteria
- Participants must be Indian citizens aged 18 years or older.
- Participants must have a minimum of 50,000 followers across any of the specified social media platforms (Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, and YouTube).
- Only one category entry is allowed per participant, with a maximum of three videos in the selected category.
- Entries are only valid if submitted between 2nd October and 1st November 2024.
Terms & Conditions
- Participants must avoid creating any content that is disputed, nude, anti-social, or promotes social disputes.
- A valid ID proof must accompany the entry (e.g., Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Driver’s License, Voter ID).
- Videos should be in HD quality, between 60 to 120 seconds, with a minimum file size of 100 MB and a maximum of 1 GB.
- Each submission must include a title and a detailed description (max. 50 words) in English or Hindi.
- Videos must not contain logos, watermarks, or be displayed in any other publications or online platforms.
- All content must be specific to Bihar State.
- Participants are responsible for adhering to all applicable laws, including the IT Act of 1957.
- Department of Tourism, Government of Bihar reserves the right to modify terms, hold, or cancel the contest at any time.
