1. Set out below are the Terms and Conditions which are applicable for sale of tickets in relation to WWE Live India Event schedule to take place on January 15 and January 16, 2016 at the Indira Gandhi Indoor stadium, New Delhi (“Event”). The said terms and conditions shall be applicable to all tickets sold in relation to the Event (“Ticket”).
2. The Event is a ticketed event that runs over a number of matches for the duration of the Event (i.e. on January 15 and January 16, 2016). This ticket entitles the holder (“Holder”) to attend the Event on the respective date which is referred to on the Ticket.
3. Neither WWE nor the Organiser make any representations or warranties that your ticket will enable you to watch any particular WWE Superstars and Divas (“Talent”) or matches during any particular session, or that matches will start at a given time or will continue for a particular duration because: (A) Talent may face injury, sickness, bereavement, travel delays, etc. preventing them from commencing play, or participate in the Event; (b) matches may need to be cancelled, abandoned early or rescheduled for a variety of reasons like safety issues or concerns, adverse weather or force majeure events such as acts of God, natural calamities, war, sabotage, military coupe, political disruption, riots, terrorism, national or state emergency, fire, explosion, power shortage, strike, lockout or other labour difficulty whether or not involving the WWE or the Organiser, epidemics, government intervention, or equipment failure. Each situation referred to in clauses (a) and (b) above is an Unforeseeable Situation.
4. Please note that the below stated terms and conditions are not a substitute for reading the full terms and conditions, which may be added, modified and revised by the Organiser at its sole discretion, from time to time and is available on [insert complete website address] (“T & C”). WWE or the Organiser may alter the T & C to accommodate such changes which are reasonably necessary to address safety issues or otherwise protect WWE or the Organiser legitimate interests by posting it on this website address mentioned above (“Website”). You are advised to regularly check the section of the Website for any such changes. Your purchase of the Tickets and/or access to the Venue using a Ticket automatically makes these terms binding on you. If you do not agree to these terms or any changes hereto, you should not purchase a Ticket and/or access a Venue for watching the Event or any part thereof.
5. WWE Superstars and Divas (“Talent”) are subject to change without any prior notice.
6. By accepting, holding or using the Ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, accepted and agreed to the T & C.
7. Entry will be refused if the barcode on the Ticket has been tampered with or if the Ticket has been defaced or damaged or tampered with in any manner whatsoever. The ticket is not exchangeable or refundable.
8. The Ticket only entitles the Holder to access the designated area of the venue for the Event (“Venue”) in which the relevant seat is allocated/assigned and no other area of the Venue. Each Ticket is valid only for one person and no re-entry will be allowed. If the holder of a ticket leaves the venue, he/she will not be re-admitted.
9. The Organiser reserves the right to search / frisk the Holder at any time for security reasons.
10. Bottles, lighters, tins or cans, musical instruments, flammable, toxic, illegal or hazardous substances, sprays, binoculars, metal containers, coins, firecrackers, fireworks, weapons, scissors, helmets, bags or any other article which might endanger any other person are not allowed inside the Venue.
11. No food or eatables should be brought into the Venue.
12. The Organiser shall be entitled to seize any prohibited items (as outlined above) without any liability and without any obligation to return such items or to compensate the Holder in respect thereof.
13. This Ticket is strictly not transferable and is for the sole use of the Holder.
14. The Holder acknowledges and consents to the recording of his/her likeness and/or voice and that WWE is entitled to use and sub-license all rights in respect of such recordings.
15. Neither WWE nor the Organiser will be liable to the Holder whether in contract, tort or otherwise for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage or for any loss of Holder’s personal belongings.
16. The Holder shall not engage in any form of “Ambush Marketing” and shall not conduct in any activity that conflicts with or infringes the rights of any official sponsor or commercial partner or Organizer or WWE.
17. You must not: (a) engage in any conduct, act towards or speak to any Talent, other official or another patron in a manner which offends, insults, humiliates, intimidates, threatens, disparages or vilifies them; (b) disrupt or interrupt any match; (c) cause unreasonable disruption or unreasonable interference to patrons of the Event or persons engaged in the conduct or management of the Event; (d) cause any wilful damage or harm to any part of the Venue, including buildings, fixtures & fittings, vegetation and permanent or temporary infrastructure, or remove or attempt to remove any property belonging to another during the Event; (e) interfere with, obstruct or hinder the Event in the exercise of their powers, functions or duties during the Event; (f) conduct public surveys or opinion polls, hand out samples, merchandise, other items or material, solicit money, donations or subscriptions from members of the public within the Venue, without the prior consent of the Organizer; (g) smoke or consume alcohol inside a venue, within the spectator area of any match court, or otherwise where so indicated, without the prior permission of the Organizer. Any the acts mentioned from (a) to (g) above shall be referred as “Misbehaviour” and the Organizer shall have the right to restrict or prohibit the entry of the Holder in case the Holder commits such Misbehaviour. Further, in such a case the Holder shall not be entitled for any refund of the Ticket from the Organizer.
18. Standing or other activities that may distract the players or other patrons are not permitted in seated areas until end of matches or between matches. Standing in the aisles or sitting on the stairs is not permitted at any time. You must adhere to allocated seating in the ticketed arenas and follow all reasonable directions given by the Organizers.
19. No betting of any kind or assistance to anyone betting on the Event is permitted in any manner whatsoever.
20. Images taken at the Venue / Event of anything / anyone including Talent, participants, guests, etc. with a camera, mobile phone or other wireless device cannot be used for any purpose other than for private and domestic purposes. You must not sell, license, publish or otherwise commercially exploit photographs. Flash photography is not permitted. Taking video footage via any means is strictly not allowed. Production, transmission or distribution of broadcasts of any images, footage, sounds, data, results, statistics or commentary of the Event by any means in any format or media (including by mobile phone or other wireless device) is strictly not allowed. Without limiting the above, you must not continually collect, disseminate, transmit, publish or release from any match of the Event any match scores or related statistics or data during match play for any commercial, betting or gambling purpose. The continual use of laptop computers or other handheld electronic devices within the spectator area of a tournament court is prohibited. The exception to this provision is properly accredited media, tournament vendors and tournament staff where such persons are expressly authorised by Organizers to do so in the performance of their duties.
21. Refunds will only be made only if the entire Event for that particular day (as mentioned on the Ticket) is cancelled and there shall be no obligation on the Organiser to reschedule the Event. No refunds will be made in any other circumstances.
22. At times the WWE or the Organiser may release an order of matches or event schedule (each a “Schedule”). Each Schedule is provisional and subject to change. The Organizer or WWE reserves the right to change any Schedule at any time and for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation on account of an Unforeseeable Situation, if it is felt reasonably necessary to protect the legitimate interests of the Event and/or the Talent and/or members of the public.
23. Children of 5 (five) years of age or over are allowed for the Event. Such children must have their own Ticket and all persons under the age of 18 (eighteen) must be accompanied by and under the supervision of (in each case constantly) an adult who also has a Ticket.
24. At the Venue, you must take care to protect your safety and the safety of others. WWE or the Organiser will not be liable for any loss or damage (including any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage) for any death or personal injury.
25. These conditions are subject to the laws of India. Any dispute pertaining to their binding nature, their validity, their interpretation and/or their performance, and, more generally any dispute in connection with the sale of Tickets will be put before the courts of Delhi.
26. In addition to the aforesaid terms and conditions, the entry to the Event shall be subject to any regulations applicable to the Venue.
27. The Organiser reserves the right, without refund or other recourse, to refuse admission to anyone and/or if necessary, to eject the holder/s of the Ticket from the Venue after they have entered the Venue in each case if they are found to be in breach of the T & C or the other above-mentioned terms and conditions and regulations applicable to the Venue.
28. For tickets with hospitality additional terms and conditions shall be applicable as may be provided along with the hospitality tickets booking forms.
