- The applicant must be a natural-born girl and a permanent resident of India.
- Only girls with good health and moral character are eligible to participate.
- Contestants must not have previously won a KIIT Nanhipari title (such as KIIT NANHIPARI, 1st Runner-up, or 2nd Runner-up).
- The applicant must have a minimum height of 5 feet.

- A birth certificate must be provided as proof of age.
- Providing incorrect information will result in disqualification.
- The organizers will not return any documents or photographs submitted by the participants.
Rules and Regulations:

- The decision of the judges is final, and consultations with the judges will not be available.

- Two passport-size colored photographs
- Three color postcard-sized photos of the participant (Close-up, Mid-shot, and Full-length)
- Self-attested copy of the birth certificate
- A fitness certificate from a local physician or family doctor stating that the applicant is physically and mentally fit
- School ID card
- Conduct certificate from school authorities
- Self-attested copies of all certificates
