Eligibility for participation:
Participant should meet the following criteria in order to be eligible for the Contest:
1) Participant must be a citizen of India
2) Participant must be of the age of 18 years or above
Participant must have purchased goods from the designated stores 2 pouches of 1 lit FREEDOM Refined Sunflower Oil (1 x 16) packs, which are marketed in AP, Telangana, Orissa and Chhattisgarh only.

Winner determination and award of prize
1)By participating, the consumer gets a chance to win Gold worth Rs. 7 lac and more prizes
2)If the consumer is entitled to more than 1 scratch card, he/she must send a separate SMS for each unique 10 digit code i.e. 1 SMS for every code to increase chances of winning
3)On sending a valid SMS the participant will receive a ‘Thank you for registration’ message. If the code/SMS is invalid he will be informed via return SMS accordingly
4)Participants must bear the cost of sending the SMS
5)Everyday upto 1,000 lucky participants will win Rs.10/- recharge, which will be declared instantaneously
6)At the end of scheme period, a lucky draw will be held with the help of randomizer software in the presence of a committee and our third party process advisors and evaluators
7)The winners will be declared and informed accordingly
8)Winners of the contest draw will be listed on the website www.freedomhealthyoil.com, www.myfreedommygold.com and the brand’s facebook page https://www.facebook.com/FreedomHealthyOil. Further, management will make reasonable efforts to contact and intimate the winners based on the information given by the participants during purchase of goods
9)The prizes to winners will be handed over within 4 weeks after the lucky draws
10) Efforts will be made to follow the timelines. However, in the event of circumstances beyond the control of Management, these timelines may need to be altered
11)Winners must carry their original scratch card to claim the prize. Along with the scratch card, winners must carry original identification proof which proves age and address like PAN card, driving license, Aadhar card, passport or any other document which management may deem fit
12)Winners will have to pay all the applicable taxes and other ancillary charges including gift tax, VAT, service tax, octroi and delivery charges, as applicable. If the winner is unable to pay the amount of taxes required then the prize will lapse and will under no circumstances be transferred to someone else
13)Taxes as applicable will be required to be paid in advance. The prize fulfillment will take a maximum 30 days from the receipt of the taxes from the winner
14)Winners are supposed to collect the prizes on the dates intimated to them. Failure to do so will result in the prizes being lapsed
15)The prizes won will have to be collected by the winners only and delivery will be made at the designated venues
16)For winners of lucky draw, the prizes will be delivered within local limits of Hyderabad and the winners have to accept the same
17)Winners will have to bear the cost of travel for collecting the prize. Winner cannot claim and Management is not liable to reimburse any cost of travel or any other ancillary expenses incurred by the winner to claim or collect the prize including lodging and boarding expenses
18) Management reserves the right to substitute the prizes offered (such prizes will be of equal or greater value)
19)Management will accept no responsibility for scratch card which may for any reason whatsoever are tampered, damaged or lost or not traceable. In this case, winner will not be eligible to claim the prize
20)Management will not be responsible for any product/service defects or loss/damage occurred out of the use of any product/service from any customer and shall not entertain any claim in respect of the same
21) All prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable
22) Prizes are subject to the laws prevailing in the country, including regulations as may be applicable to the winner.
Terms & Conditions for participation:
1)If a scratch card is not given with the eligible purchase, it is the consumer’s responsibility to ask for the same
2)Images are indicative
3)Company employees (and their immediate families) are not eligible to participate
4)Management is not responsible for disruptions/faults in the cell phone service providers while sending or receiving SMS
5)By participating in the lucky draw in any manner, the participant is deemed to have read, understood and unconditionally accepted the terms and conditions and winner determination of award prizes in the above section which may be updated from time to time
6)Management accepts no liability for any errors or omissions, whether on behalf of itself or any third Parties
7)The process is not subject to review by any participant. The Management will not entertain any communication in this regard from any participant
8)Participation in the lucky draw does not necessitate winning a Prize
9)The Management cannot and shall not be accountable / liable for any disruptions / stoppages / interruptions or cancellation of the Scheme. The Management and its associates cannot be held responsible for matters out of its control and for force majeure reasons
10)Additions, deletions and/or modifications to these terms and conditions are at the discretion of the Management. It may make such additions/deletions and/or modifications, at any time before or after the lucky draws
11)Prizes are subject to change without prior notification
12)Decision of Management on all matters is final and binding on all Participants and no correspondence will be entertained on the same
13)All disputes relating to or arising out of the scheme shall be subject to the laws of India, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction at Hyderabad, India
14)The Management and its associates will not be liable for any claims / disputes made by the participants in relation to the scheme
15)Participants and winners permit free of cost the use of their name and factual information about their application and entry(s) in the public media and do not have any right to any revenues earned through intellectual property rights generated by the Awards, if any
16)The Management reserves the right to withdraw or amend the terms of the scheme at any time
