“Britannia 50-50 MyPhone iPhone” Contest [PAN INDIA]

I. Contest Details, Concept and Participation:
(i) These terms and conditions apply to the “Britannia 5050 MyPhone iPhone” activation programme for consumers (hereinafter referred to as ” Contest“) sponsored and launched by Britannia Industries Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “BIL“) wherein consumers can participate by sending an SMS with the keyword ‘5050’ followed by the Lot Number printed on the pack to 56677 or logging on to www.5050myphone.com.
(ii) The contest is valid only in India from 10^th February 2015 to 31^st March 2015 (herein after referred as “Contest Period”.
(iii) During the Contest Period one DAILY PRIZE will be awarded to winners who will be selected on each day of the Contest, and each shortlisted winner shall be eligible to win an Apple iPhone 6, subject to the conditions duly fulfilled by the shortlisted winner.
(iv) All IPR rights including trademark, copy right and designs used are the property of Apple Inc.
(v) The Contest is subject to all applicable central, state and local laws and regulations.
(vi) Consumers participating or seeking to participate in the Contest shall individually be referred to as “Participant” and collectively as “Participants“.

II. Agreement to Terms and Conditions:
(i) By participating in this contest, Participants fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Terms and Conditions available on www.5050myphone.com (“Contest Website“) as well as the decisions of BIL, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. Successfully entering the Contest and winning a prize is subject to all requirements set forth herein.
(ii) BIL reserves the right to exclude any person from the contest on grounds of misconduct or criminal record.
(iii) BIL reserves the right to terminate, modify or extend the Contest, at any time at its absolute
