• Citizens of foreign countries residing in India and Non-Resident Indians are also not eligible.

• Yamaha holds the right to select or disqualify winners in case of discrepancies.
• All taxes and other charges applicable to the prizes shall be borne by the winners.
• The decision of the Yamaha Jury members will be final and binding.
• The Courts at Chennai shall have exclusive jurisdiction in case of any disputes.
