What is Axis Splash Contest?

The Axis Splash Contest 2023 is a creative extravaganza designed to harness the artistic and literary potential of young minds. Participants, aged 7-14, are encouraged to submit entries in three categories: Art, Craft, and Literature. Each child can submit a maximum of three entries in each category. The contest aims to unleash the imagination of children and provide them with a platform to showcase their unique talents. The deadline for submitting entries is 31st December 2023.

Eligibility Criteria

• The contest is open to children between the ages of 7-14 years.
• Registration and submission of entries must be completed by legal parents/guardians aged 18 and above.
• Axis Bank employees and their children are not eligible to participate.

How to Participate?

1. Participants can choose to draw a painting, create a craft, write an essay, or participate in all three categories.
2. The upload size for paintings, crafts, or essays should not exceed 10MB.
3. Drawings must be in .jpg, .jpeg, or .png format.
4. Crafts must also be in .jpg, .jpeg, or .png format. An optional explainer video or explanatory text can be provided along with the craft.
5. The upload size for the craft explanatory video should not exceed 50MB.
6. Essays must be submitted in .png, .jpg, or .jpeg format, with a maximum length of two pages.
7. Participants can submit entries through the designated microsite, Axis Bank branches, or designated offices of brand partners.

Period of Axis Splash Contest

• Registration and submission of entries are open from 1st November 2023 to 31st December 2023.

Selection Process

• Only single unique entries will be considered for selection.
• The jury will shortlist the top 400 entries out of the total valid entries.
• A second round of elimination will result in the selection of the top 6 winners and 6 runners-up.
• The jury’s decision is final and binding.

Winner Determination and Prize Felicitation

• The number of participants selected and the number of selection rounds will be at the discretion of the organizers.
• Final selections for the next round will be made from the shortlisted pool of participants during the jury round.
• Twelve participants will be shortlisted, with 6 winners and 6 runners-up.
• Winners receive a chance to win INR 1 Lakh each, an exclusive campus tour or a virtual workshop from the National Institute of Design, Bangalore, and age-appropriate gratifications from partners.
• Runners-up stand a chance to win INR 50,000 each.
• Both winners and runners-up will receive scholarships.
