What is CBSE Expression Series On National War Memorial?

As part of the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav celebrations, CBSE Academic brings you the fourth Expression Series for the academic session 2021-22. The focal point of this series is the ‘National War Memorial,’ a symbol of valor and sacrifice. Schools will conduct the first level Expression Series from 15th March 2022 to 24th March 2022. Exceptional entries from each category will then be chosen by CBSE Regions to compete at the national level in New Delhi.

Categories of CBSE Expression Series On ‘National War Memorial’

Students can showcase their creativity and ideas through various mediums, including:

1. Essays
2. Paragraphs
3. Paintings
4. Poems, etc.

How To Participate In CBSE Expression Series On ‘National War Memorial’?

Conduct of Expression Series at the School Level:

1. Schools will organize the first level Expression Series from 15th March 2022 to 24th March 2022.
2. All students should be informed about the Expression Series.
3. For participation, use the participant’s sheet provided in Annexure I or a sheet with all necessary details.
4. Schools will evaluate entries, shortlisting one entry per class category for submission to CBSE.

Submission of the Shortlisted Entry by Schools to CBSE:

1. Schools can submit entries from 25th March 2022 to 30th March 2022 using the CBSE Expression Series App, available on the Google Play store.

Expression Series Android App Usage:

1. Download and install the CBSE Expression Series app from the Google Play Store.
2. During installation, ensure you accept the permissions requested by the app.
3. Enter Affiliation No and LOC/Registration Password as Password.
4. Follow the steps for successful authentication, including entering candidate details, class category, and uploading the entry.

Prizes

• Each participant receives an online certificate of participation after successfully submitting their entry on the CBSE Expression Series App.
• CBSE Regions will select 10 best entries from each category for the national level.
• Three best entries will be chosen at the national level, compiled into a booklet for display on the CBSE website.

Important Dates of CBSE Expression Series On ‘National War Memorial’

• First-level Expression Series at schools: 15th March 2022 to 24th March 2022.
• Submission of entries by schools: 25th March 2022 to 30th March 2022.
