About IDMA:

How to Fill the Entry Form:

• The entry form must be filled in English.
• A creative URL is mandatory, showcasing how the idea was brought to life. This video or PowerPoint should summarize the strategy, creativity, innovation, execution, and results of the entry.

Video/PowerPoint Submission:

• The video/PowerPoint must be uploaded through Google Drive or YouTube.
• The URL should be provided on the Creative Material URL Field.
• File Size: Not exceeding 2 MB (For PowerPoint, maximum of 10 slides) or 2 minutes (For Videos).
• The justification for the entry must be entered concisely, focusing on strategy, creativity, innovation, execution, and results.

Judging Criteria:

• Judging involves two stages: Pre-Screening and Final Jury Meet.
• The Jury decision is final, and in case of a conflict of interest, the concerned jury member will abstain from judging the category.
• All entries submitted become the property of the exchange4media group.
