$500 Winner Selection
- One EN is randomly selected daily as the $500 prize winner.
- The winner is notified via email within thirty (30) days of selection.
- The winner must complete and return a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within thirty (30) days following notification.
Daily Prize Description
The winner receives: (a) An electronic gift card to a company or site displayed on the online registration form; or (b) A different electronic gift card of comparable value; or (c) A check of comparable value.
The type of prize and “comparable value” are determined by the Company.
